An update:

Even after repeated support tickets there have been no effort to replace the dead proxies or atleast reply to the ticket. Neither has he replied to this thread. He was online today about 4 hours ago so I reckon he has already seen the tickets and this reply.
I would recommend any potential buyers to stay away and choose other providers who care to reply to support tickets.

I'm using 50 private proxies plan for about 10 days and I can say these proxies are blazing fast. At this price other providers are only offering semi-dedicated proxies and not totally private. Regarding support, I added OP on skype and he always answered my questions in short time.

after getting the correct login information, now i have to open another ticket to only get USA IP's? I opened a ticket the moment I ordered requesing USA IP's and you can see my post above CLEARLY asking for them:

THEIR SUPPORT IS 0 .. websites has a lot of bug.. i pay for proxy .. but their system is stupid as say i did not pay and now i have to wait for support to enable them .. which by the way can take days for them to respond.. they dont understand that because of them some people may loose money ++ they will not add my lost days at the end month .. now they get free money for giving nothing in excnage

I have been WAITING OVER 1 WEEK FOR A REFUND. I have been told many excuses so I don't know what else to do other than to open a paypal dispute!
