I've asked a few questions yesterday, but your support seems rather slow so I'll try here.

1. The auto-generated title seems like an awesome feature in v3, but will there be a separate field for the title in the API? Because I don't see how this can be used with SEO Content Machine for example. The software puts the title in a separate field, so my guess is that you'll have to somehow send the title through the API as a separate value. Just guessing here, you'll probably have to work that out with SEO Content Machine's dev and other like Kontent Machine..

2. You promised Foreign Language API after the launch of v3. Can you tell me an estimate on when can you complete it? Because it's the main reason why I signed up for WordAI after you have promised that you'll work on it a few months ago.

3. Although your spinning quality may be the best on the market, the process takes quite a while. Is there a chance that the speed will improve in future?

Not working for me either, keep on getting the error code. Sent a message to support, but seems like it's a busy time there at the moment.

Anyway, does any one else know if I load in Word docs with images, will WordAi be able to keep those images in the output files? It would save a huge amount of time....I highly doubt it's possible and as WordAi's not working for me at the moment I can't test it out.

Has the turing bulk spinner been updated to version 3 too? I noticed that the spinning options are as version 2.

What has happened with the standard plan? I do not see it on the site.
where is the 19$ a month plan?
Right now we have taken the Standard Plan off the site. We are still deciding exactly what we want to do with the Standard Plan (we may decide to discontinue it for new customers or we might add it back to the site), but for now if you want to sign up with the Standard Plan post here to let me know and I'll send you a URL to use.

Am getting this error again and again. Please check this,

Error: Something went wrong! We suggest you try spinning the article again. If you are repeatedly getting this error contact support and be sure to include the article you were trying to spin. We are sorry for the inconvenience!

I want everyone to know that we have identified and fixed the bug that was causing these errors. Everything should be back and working now.

- wordai api is not working on kontent machine. Kontent machine required for username and password..
I think this bug is fixed with the other ones, but I'm not sure since I don't know exactly what you are talking about. Could you send me your login info (at the very least your username) and the exact error you are getting in either a ticket or a PM so I can look into it further for you?

1. Right now the API is using Version 3 technology but some specific features (such as the title spinner) have not been updated yet. When it is updated we will include the option to have the json output give both the article and the title separately.

2. I should be able to give you a better estimate after this weekend once we see how everything with Version 3 shapes up (such as adding title spinner support to the API).

3. We will devote a large amount of time in the future trying to increase the performance of Version 3. We have to be careful because we don't want to take out any intelligence, and a lot of the "thinking" stuff that WordAi does requires very heavy processing to properly understand exactly what an article is about.

Also as a note we should be responding to support questions much faster now that WordAi Version 3 is launched.

The technology is Version 3, although there are some specific features (such as the title spinner) which have not been added yet.

Everything was working fine with my WordaAI API on Kontent Machine up until yesterday when the WordAI V3 update occurred. Now it is not working at all. After starting a new Kontent Machine campaign it gets stuck at the 'Spinning with WordAI Regular...' stage, then it eventually (20 minutes later) returns the following error:

"Something went wrong with your API! Your campaign will be saved now, but is unspun!"

Like I said, everything was working fine until yesterday. This needs to be addressed urgently.

P.S. I am subscribed to the WordAI Touring plan, but I am using WordAI Regular with Kontent Machine.

- there is problem with wordai API using kontent machine please fix it. Timeout and API cannot be connected

It is too expensive.

Sent a cancellation request. Thanks for the trial though

Is there any issue today? Not able to spin the article, the orange line is stuck at around 60% mark.

Everything should be working fine on our end. If Kontent Machine is still having problems I'll need Kontent Machine to provide example API calls they are making.

Glad you were able to try out WordAi.

Awesome Thread!

Thx!
No problem! :)

There were no issues on that day that we have been made aware of. Did it return an error message or did it eventually return the article?

Hi, What is wrong with Wordai today? The site seems to be temporarily down.. When will it be up?
I just got off the phone with WiredTree (our host). This was a ~15 minute scheduled downtime while they make infrastructure upgrades to the network WordAi is on.

EDIT: Everything should be up now. Could you confirm that everything is working for you?

I signed up and the website is down now. Very bad first impression. Probably host your site on Amazon AWS or something.

I prefer one off product.do you have any?
No.

WordAi has been up since over 30 minutes ago - could you confirm that everything is working for you?

We have checked with Pingdom (third party uptime tracker) and they confirmed that the downtime was 15 minutes and was fixed 30 minutes ago (well before you submitted your post). We use WiredTree for our frontend hosting and they are a very reputable hosting provider. We have been monitoring our site with Pingdom for over a year now and our total uptime (including this 15 minute downtime) is over 99.9%.

I just replied to your ticket and everything should be sorted out. Could you confirm everything has been properly sorted out?

Thanks
Yes, you are getting WordAi Version 3 if you use KM + WordAi.

What's wrong with Wordai? Getting this error and the worst thing is that the words are being counted under usage even after this error. Maybe you should only count the words when the article is successfully spun and not when the "Spin now" button is clicked.

Error: Something went wrong! We suggest you try spinning the article again. If you are repeatedly getting this error contact support and be sure to include the article you were trying to spin. We are sorry for the inconvenience!

We have made several performance improvements over the past day, including adding new server hardware. So these errors should for the most part be gone.

Everything should be working now - regarding usage, PM me your email and I'll see if I can help.
