So ive looked through the forums for about a week now and you guys seem to be the most legitimate. This will be my first VPS and I have many questions. Can't PM yet. So i guess I will lay down what I need to do. I have 3 sites that need to be transferred IMMEDIATELY lol from Ipage. I read somewhere in the thread you have a way to host 10 domains for an extra $2 or something like that. I am also going to be adding an adult site and also imbed vids in a tube by installing a script. The only time Ive installed a script is with Ipage and there was a YT tutorial. Is it pretty simple to install a script and do you offer support especially for someone like me that has no experience with a VPS? What plan would I need to consider to run a tube with embedded vids and not hosting them?

Yes the Plesk license is $2 for 10 domains. Regarding which vps to choose, for hosting i will choose at least 2GB of ram, but will run fine with 1GB and low traffic i guess. that's the minimum.

Sata plans have huge disk storage. If you need storage there are the plan to go. They are focus for storage/backup/seedbox usage

3) Paypal button wouldn't send me anywhere. Couldn't pay for the VPS.
8) VNC is pushing out a java error. Past that - now I see the install screen - explains why I couldn't RDP to the box.

Thanks for you review and report. Some answer of some points :
3) seems was an issue with new design and iframe, it's fixed now
8) that's happen when java start is slow or packet drop. restart is the only solution for now, we will add soon another way to console that's is faster and never had this issue and WITHOUT JAVA, that's a big issue for many customers that's never update Java.

Which location are you ? We will send some moving from Germany vps to another server, other server are all good. This could be a Disk I/O abusing from another customer if you are on SATA plans

i have purchased a vps from vpswindows,i bought it with 2 ip`s,because i was thinking that i will be able to use both ip`s for trafic exchange,for the moment i use only one,can anyone tell me how to set it up the second ip?because if i have it,i want to use it Thanks

Open a ticket please. Each IP will have his own network interface. Without disable an interface i'm not sure there is another method for switch ip for SEO tools.
For hosting windows will direct traffic from the good ip so don't disable interface

Pm me your ip and email. The only reason i saw is you got a lot of SPAM complains and the datacenter nulled route the IP.

We are in business sicne much longer than both of them and own our network ... From understanding we disable your VPS because you don't paid. On email recevied we ask you to open a ticket for reactivation.
I only known ONE client that's took 3 days for reactivation. He don't paid service for 2 full month and we need restore data from erase partition.
Lucky he got all data back. All reactivation ticket are handle generally very fast (couple of minutes or hours) so i guess you paid and wait and post here ? If not please pm me ticket

I wanna get a VPS. Very good price, but a lot of negative feedbacks here. Waiting for OP to answer them before purchase.

I don't see any real negative feedback due of real issue. Some customers said wait 3 days for answer, hope get ticket and fix internal issue if any.
2 new staff for support working on ticket, saw some reply issue and do more training but that's not "negative feedback" are even not for that's (we have 5 fulltime tech support staff)

i have told with service then I have checked again my paypal payment history and found i have 2 subs. to 1 service. The reason of double trans. was 2 subs which are on 13 th of march and 31 th of march. I don't know how this happened or how to solve this?

For linux we have Plesk and Interworx and for windows plesk.
there is also free webpanel for linux & windows but installation is much more complicate.

We are not a 1 man service. VPSWindows is handle by 5 support staff, 1 accounting and 2 network staff. iConvergence (corp running vpswindows) is 15 staffs corp.
However BHW is only monitored by me as it's not legal to share account with another staff members (BHW TOS)

But, i am stuck at the network connecting because the IPV4 settings are set accordingly to the panel and the VPS still doesn't have connection.
Ticket has been submitted, but no reply...

Your service was deliver, you just not correctly setup TCP/IP doesn't means we took your money and you haven't service.
You prefer go setup yourselft. You got another mail you don't mention said we will install free you Windows.
Rather than some competitor we deliver REAL dedicaced server and not RDP server.

You open ticket a 6:25 am GMT and your ticket was answer 2 hours after start work. They start from first ticket to last one.

We don't allow use of our IP/VPS withour annonymous proxies and don't allow email spammer as well. We add more and more server from with new /24 every month (256ips).
We don't allow also use of the ip as proxies too.

Main abusers we had are not from BHW but from traditionnal marketing where we got email spammer. We clean ip when that's happen. Reputation of our IP are very important for us.

if you want have the best speed for get faster load page speed, i would recommand you SSD or SAS plan, disk access are 300% faster than SATA plans and near dedicaced CPU. SATA plans will work even for busy website but if you look for fastest performance there will be notice on SSD or SAS plans.

If you plan only use it for webhosting and don't need ASAP or SQL Server, we can provide same service with LINUX. Will be faster than Windows too.

I would like to apologize to Mr. apignard, because the error was on my side and i forgot to do something that was explained in the PDF file.
The support replied within 12 hours after i placed the ticket and solved my issue immediately without any extra payment.
I got a lightweight box with a lightweight connection and i will be buying more boxes soon.
So the issue has been resolved. I highly recommend them, definitely one of the best providers i have used from BHW.

Review:
bought their VPS about 2 weeks ago. had bit of trouble to setup network connection on my server 2008 VPS but i opened support ticket and the guys took care of it within couple of hours which is great.
Tested the network speed i am supposed to get 1000MBPS and i tested and got over 700MBPS. i am satisfied. i only have 100MBPS at home.

Would definitely recommend their windows VPS. great support, great speed. A++

I would advice you to go to 100W SATA, stock avaible in most location and much better : 1GBPS link, 2 Core Cpu, more disk space, more disk i/o (speed) for just a few $ more ...
