Should be fix now. We have a rare bug in a plugin of WHMCS and now it's fixed. Result was a blank page on signup. Shoudn't appear now since plugin was disable and waiting a patch from the publisher
add plesk panel and we will handle the move for you

So ive looked through the forums for about a week now and you guys seem to be the most legitimate. This will be my first VPS and I have many questions. Can't PM yet. So i guess I will lay down what I need to do. I have 3 sites that need to be transferred IMMEDIATELY lol from Ipage. I read somewhere in the thread you have a way to host 10 domains for an extra $2 or something like that. I am also going to be adding an adult site and also imbed vids in a tube by installing a script. The only time Ive installed a script is with Ipage and there was a YT tutorial. Is it pretty simple to install a script and do you offer support especially for someone like me that has no experience with a VPS? What plan would I need to consider to run a tube with embedded vids and not hosting them?

Just an update: Customer support has fixed my issue. So far so good. 
tl:dr these VPS's are easy to setup and seem pretty good.
Well here's my review of the setup process and initial impressions. This is my first commercial VPS and that'll be apparent as you read my commentary. On the flipside I've been an IT nerd for a while I'm comfortable with most of the concepts. Mostly I host and own all the hardware in my jobs so I know what to expect with them.
1) Found the type/price VPS I wanted (cheapest one I could find for testing with)
2) Went through account creation and it was very easy.
3) Paypal button wouldn't send me anywhere. Couldn't pay for the VPS.
4) Went into my account and added some credit to my account, the Paypal link there worked.
5) Came back and hit up my unpaid bill section - it asked if I wanted to apply my credit which was real handy as I didn't have to work out how to do that.
6) Went to the manage panel, worked out how to start up the VPS. Hit the "boot" button. Very technical.
7) Couldn't RDP to the IP address, hitting up the console now to see if I need to do something.
8) VNC is pushing out a java error. Past that - now I see the install screen - explains why I couldn't RDP to the box.
8a) This error lead me to a connection guide I should have read first which is pretty simple and lots of pictures for newbies.
9) Immediate impression - through the java web console it's surprisingly quick I thought it was going to suuuuuck. 1Gb machine running in the US and I'm in Aus but it feels like some of the machines I have on wan links inside Aus for work.
10) I was typing in this window when it rebooted - java stole the focus and so it booted into the setup menu again. Sheesh. Forced it to restart and it's all good now.
11) Followed the quick guide step by step and now I'm logged in via RDP. All good.
I've connected back to my local disk through RDP (just to copy some files for setup) and the link is solid. A little slow enumerating folders but way better than a 1Gb box should really run. I suspect the upload on my link is the catch. Ahhh Australian internet. Uploading to the box at 40KB/second, pretty much maxing out my uplink. Compare that to downloading the GSA software from their site at 1MB/sec.
From ordering to seeing the console took me (including figuring my way around the website and the paypal issue) about ten minutes. From no account on the site to running my backed up GSA projects on the VPS was about a hour and a bit - but I was eating lunch and working on other projects at the same time too so that slowed me down.
GSA copied and the license files went across neatly. Remembered to setup proxies as that config doesn't carry over in the backups. Would have been awkward. Another thing to remember is that if you've linked to local documents or files they'll have to be setup again or paths replicated. GSA running on a 1gb ram cheap VPS on a decent web link seems to be doing everything faster than my home virtualbox. 4gb ram but on a 4meg ADSL link shared with the household. Seems web link is just as useful as ram who'd have thought it for an online SEO project? sarcasm warning just in case.....
