By the way, here is my question to you -> By redirecting (301) an expired high PR domain (with a clean backlink profile) to a newly registered domain, will the PR gets boosted for new domain? And what about the PA and DA? How many redirects needed for a fresh website to outrank the good old ones in the same niche?

It will help rankings, read up on http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/black-hat-seo/579328-learn-how-easily-bypass-google-hit-position-one-any-keyword-using-301-redirects.html, it won't boost PR immediately if it even does, but in 7-14 days it will usually give good results.

Make sure the backlink profile is clean though, check ahrefs with www. and without, check archive and recheck the DA/PA/PR.

You kinda answered your question yourself, if you're trying to rank the over optimized pages, try changing them and making them more like the pages that are ranking higher. Maybe add some new content on the same page so Google picks up new content and recrawls it(idk how to explain it, lol). If one of your pages is ranking for "best bed in america" and you're trying to rank another page for the same term, it's going to be a lot harder to do so.

No. Like I'm trying to rank for "best skateboard" on one page, and my page on "best skateboard for beginners" is the only page that ranks for that keyword and its on page 30..when I think the page I'm trying to rank it on should be ranking on page 3 for that term.

I was thinking to take an look into SAPE links is there a disadvantage for those links ? as i heard you will loose rankings at sometime, I am goign to put those links on a New born site with 0 backlinks like 10-20 days old.

Make sure it has not been used for a PBN before (check http://archive.org) and it has no spam (ahrefs, check www. and without). DA/PA/PR can be manipulated with spam, so that is necessary.

Transfer as in 301? It will work fine if it passes the qualifications above, but niche relevant/general tend to work better for 301.

For a PBN, if you're thinking of making it into that, whatever category it is doesn't really matter, as long as the article is unique and readable and the post is related games and has a nice keyword density of the keyword you're linking out for.

For example, if the anchor is best games 2014, make sure the article describes some games and why they qualify to be the best games of 2014, include the keyword best games 2014 2-3% of the time.

I was a little over optimized on my entire site to begin with and nothing was ranking at all. I then tweaked the on-page seo to exact percentiles on the word, partial keyword and full keyword level to optimal ranges. <2% on single word. <1.5% on 2 words <1% on the rest.

My keyword itself is 7 words in length. "how to tie a tie really fast" (example)

Every page on my site is now ranking properly within the first 5 pages of G. However still the homepage is not ranking at all. I have shot a PR link its way and still no luck, its been a week since I tweaked the on-page. The exact density is 1% on this 7 word keyword.

Site was never previously owned. Any advice.

Add some new content, maybe a paragraph or so if you can. Google will pick it up as new content and recrawl your site, chances are that it'll reevaluate it and resubmit it into the SERPs.

High PR social bookmarks, tier 2 if I even use them at all.
Article directory, same as above. PDF and doc sharing is good for tier 2.

For tier 1, just PBN and some hand created web 2.0's by my virtual assistant.

I write my content, but I don't write much. Maybe a paragraph and do a quick spintax. Not some spinner, even WordAi. Just make the brackets yourself and add readable content.

I didn't check that for keyword density, I said it was a sample and the keyword density for the extra paragraph should match the newly optimized paragraph that it's under.
