My paypal is locked ! looking to unlock it !

My PayPal was bank account and credit card verified ! But after some transaction its started asking me for more information ! Here it is what its asking me now :

1. Credit Card Statement (Submitted)
2. Proof of Address
3. Proof Business Registrations
4. Organization and Payment Information
5. Confirm Identity

As i am one of the god-damned one where paypal not support i have failed to upload proper documents on my paypal ! Now its locked ! I Know doing a bit Photoshop can unlock it maybe ! But searching on Google haven't got enough information !

If anyone here can give me some documents for last four verification . I can give you my address details if you can edit some documents for me and willing to pay some $$ if i got unlocked ! Or if anyone can give me just sample of this documents that i can edit for mine ! Thank you everyone !

Yea i did after you said ! he told me he can give me a solution only for 2 and 5 number documents ! But i need all of them ! thank you for your recommendation !
