Each site has semi-unique articles. You will see the same articles on different sites around the web, but titles are never the same, and there is always a large mix of content, so no sites are the same. Im sure you will see what I mean from the examples i send you.

1) they are semi unique, you will see very similar articles around the web, but no two will be the same
2) Not real likes. The site is what I am selling, the facebook page is a little bonus I give.
3) Since these are meant to just get traffic off social media, no SEO would be needed, so no, there really isn't seo keyword research done. The titles, and featured images are meant to draw the people in.
