tried signing up with two paypal ids and both give teh same message when logging in#:
"You must add funds to your PayPal account before sending more money."
There is more than enough funds in teh account so why is it asking this?

Not sure why. We called many times paypal and they said it should not give any error as everything is ok with the account. So i suppose is some paypal security error maybe due to the country your paypal account is situated...maybe you should try calling them
