Hi,

I'd like to know what exactly is the difference between semi-dedicated private proxies vs dedicated private proxies?

Also, what would I need to use in order to switch between proxies for creating social media accounts?

Fully dedicated private proxies only using by one client and semi dedicated private proxies may using or shared upto 3 clients.

For social media question we do not provide or have any guide but you'll need to find it by your self.

You may follow the proxy activation guide if you're an new client registered after 30-Apr-2014 to get the proxies and We have already sent proxy activation instructions to your email with the "Invoice Payment Confirmation" Email at the moment your payment got verified, you could get the proxy list immediately but if you didn't read that email or didn't find it in the Inbox then it might went to the SPAM folder in that case white list our email address to receive future emails from us without issues and you can get your proxy list by following the user guide step by step and it's located here: http://cheapprivateproxies.org/proxy-activation-guide

I ordered 20 shared proxies a few days ago and so far not too impressed. A few were down when I had bought them, the others worked on and off. Now today I checked them and only 4 are working, I also put in a support ticket yesterday on the site explaining this and not had a reply.

Could you take a look please

It's back.... I think there was an issue in their server. Everything OK now
