Well usually around 400 are successful submissions, as far as sticking and being viable links, definitely less than that. But you don't need many of these links to get a nice boost.

Sorry, can't give out samples (client niches) You may use 1 keyword/1 URL. The anchors will not all be the same as stated in sales page, sometimes you'll get exact, sometimes a URL or "homepage" type anchor.
