Just remove the stuff near the end of the URLs that looks like it shouldn't be there and they'll work.

How are these on new sites? I feel a little too old to be asking a question like that, but I've never worked with PAD links before. Also, what sort of exact match anchor text percentage should I expect?

Watley - I'm not even seeing a link to edit my thread anywhere.

You'll probably only end up with a couple that are exact match so it's really good for anchor diversity. Most will be "homepage" or raw URL for anchors etc.
