@ Dagreyon But do you think it's safe to order the views or not? After you say you did all this changes are the views safer now? Because as you see many people have videos deleted again in this past 2 days including myself. I lost around 6 videos yesterday.

Turns out we can't do 100% safe. We can, but unfortunately it's nothing stable with traffic etc. there's nothing I can do to ensure it would continue and it would be a headache when the inevitable problem arose (non-YT).
Anyways, now I can focus on getting these systems 100% safe though. I'm still waiting to see what happens now, but we changed 3 more things yesterday. They were very small, but it could be small things like this causing the issues. Lets hope this goes well. If this doesn't work, there's 2 more potential issues that we'll have to figure out a solution to. I promise you all, we're almost there and when we get there, we won't ever have a ban again, I assure you that.

Videos do have issues at times, channels do not get suspended from our services. If your channel was suspended it was from something with your account or account creation.
10/10 I got my 50k with good retention but..
1/10 the video was suspended and I was banned, was refused a refund. They said they needed to keep my money to keep the business running. I am sick of this and request a mod complaint immediately
What a joke some people are. I never refuse anyone. I give every person who is eligible a refund. if you were not eligible, I would have had clear proof of this. I've never once told anyone I need to keep their money to keep the business going. Such a joke.

Not true. Did you wait at least 24 hours? I think not, because all emails are responded to within 24 hours and I know this because I monitor it daily to make sure my support person responds in 24 hours or less 7 days a week. You have to be patient! All emails have been resolved now too that were sent to my department...
I beg to differ. I've been checking the support ticket for some time now and have yet to receive a response. I have orders that have been sitting "In Progress" for well over 2 days now. I sent in a support ticket explaining what was going on, and still haven't received a response.

I ordered 19.000 views hi risk geo targeted (uk), got almost nothing so far after 4 days.
You either deliver or send me a refund, I need the views asap
What you have to realize is that the United Kingdom is a small country with limited traffic and high demand for GEO target orders. GEO views are not fast for the more popular countries (Tier 1) and there's nothing I can do about that, due to limited traffic and high volume of orders. If you want me to look into the order, send me the link, it should be getting at least 500-1000 views per day. If you can't handle that speed, I can gladly refund you, otherwise select World Wide and you'll get 10,000 in less than 24 hours.

Deleted when? Have yet to hear of any issues since last week and as of yesterday we made 3 new changes, which I hope is the nail in the coffin. PM me the info, I'll take a look.
UPDATE:
We made 3 new changes to all systems yesterday and we're waiting to see what happens. I hope this is the nail in the coffin, but if not, we will stay at it and find a solution. I assure you all that we will eliminate all potential issues and continue to tweak and test to make our system as strong as possible and that when we do find the issue, these bans will never happen again with us. I apologize to anyone who has has issues, but we're very close to putting bans behind us, if these most recent changes didn't do it.
