We activated your dashboard access for both projects, login details should have been in your email, check Junk/Spam folder as well. Not sure what sort of other correspondence you need

Just wanted to post a quick review of this service.
Support was pretty good throughout the whole process and all my questions were answered pretty quick. The dissavow file was perfect and formatted right and they even give you a few extra things like keyword percents and stuff like that. The reconsideration letter is written in perfect English and reads normal so there is no problem there. I have uploaded my dissavow file and letter now I am just waiting to hear back from google.
I will update what happens after they respond. Overall great service for what you pay for!

Just a quick follow-up review before my 'full review'.
Quite happy so far, everything as advertised. Disavow file received, got my letter to google - for 1 site of 2 so far - which I've submitted - BM also communicates with all site owners on your behalf to get links removed.
Will follow up again soon to let you all know if it actually managed to get my penalty removed!
