I am not sure , but it seems like the guys running this service have left it running on automation ..Their is no reply to tickets unless you send them a PM here at BHW about your ticket (if you are lucky) , also the windows license keeps getting messed up ...

This service used to be fine , until the last month , but since then , it has only gone downhill...

Sorry Freakmedia , I don't want to ruin your thread , but that is my honest review and I will say this again , the service rocked and was awesome until January .

Obviously anything that can go wrong will, no matter the technology. My overall experience was not positive. My order was for a US based VPS ... I got started on a german server: I was patient for two months, but in the end I was on a Canadian VPS ... a few gb files disappeared off the server and support told me they had no other reported problems ... then next day I get email that I should expect slower performance until a raid drive was rebuilt. A that point I stopped my subscription. YMMV.. and the only suggestion I have is if not as ordered first time around, get money back and walk away.

Right now I have a problem similar with you but my VPS auto shutdown when bootup around 30-40 minutes and also I have problem about Windows activation issue. I submit ticket for a week but nobody take any action if no one do anything I plan to unsubscribe for next billing cycle.
