Is wordpress and blogspot web 2.0 ?

Namaskar,

I have gone through many sites searching for web 2.0 ..some of them list blogspot, wordpress, weebly, hubspots ,tumblr.com/, livejournal.com/, webs.com/, diigo.com/, newsvine.com/ as Web 2.0 and many sites doesn't even show them in their list of web 2.0 ...are these sites not web 2.0 ?
I am pretty confused as i always thought these all sites are web 2.0 ...if these are not then whats the difference
can anyone please enlighten me about the subject?

5 web 2.0 pointing towards my main sites and rest 10 towards 2 web 2.0 ?
please someone enlighten how should i go about it ?

It depends on your keywords, your going to have to experiment a bit.

Some might only need 5 some might need 50 just keep working on it until the desired effect is achieved.

well I was also about to ask you did you purchase account from someone (thought that came to my mind since you pointed me out)coz most of guys help others out but you are 2nd guy whom i found going other way..previous one was banned ..
