Keyword Ranking help question?

Hi folks,

I may sound stupid asking this but i have tried searching a lot and was not able to figure out the software used for this or the website used for this task.

In many Journey threads, i see people posting an image for there keywords.
Which shows the website on google's first page for there keyword, its rank, PR and not only this. Also how many G+'s , likes, tweets that page has.

I want to know which software or which site does that.
Can anyone help me please?
