A Little Caffeine Boosts Memory

The carcinogens from roasting are what got me. I quit smoking and started drinking more coffee -_- I guess it has its ups and its downs. Dont really have to worry about cancer in my pooper.

Take caffeine pre-workout, definitely. It is confirmed that it increases muscle strengh and endurance and decrease muscle fatigue allowing you to workout with great intensity. Also it's a nitric oxide booster and increase blood flow into muscles.

I personally take around 150-250mg caffeine before each workout alongside other things like: L-Tyrosine, Huperzine A, BioPerine with few others. Only reason I mentioned other ingredients because after workout when I get back to my lab and start grinding it gives me focus and drive throughout the day to get things done.

Some people can't tolerate caffeine as well as others though. Take some of it before workout and watch your heart rate closely if it's goes really high. Green tea is definitely an option.

Thanks man, you're always finding neat gems to share.
I've read of the "ins & outs" of coffee and its pros outweigh the cons in my opinion. Have a balanced diet so any depletion doesn't matter + drink only what you personally need + buy the best quality to possibly avoid pesticide abuse. You'll never truly run into any substance that doesn't have a light/dark side. (I don't smoke but I'm still breathing everyone else's air)

Knowing how it affects you is what matters. Some people are immune to it's boost effect, I remember how it calmed me down as a child (something to do with brain development stages) of course I'm autistic so who knows. Thankfully I'm blessed with perfect blood pressure - I've drank a cup before doctor appointments and still get complimented lol.
