Youtube Video Copied

Hello ,

Recently Youtube video has been copied and re-uploaded . I want to Report to YT but since the video is on ClickBank Affiliated Product am scared YT might delete/flag my video also ? Is this possible ?

Any suggestions , Do I report him ? is it safe ?

Yes you can report him if the video belongs to you.I do one thing always,if i upload a video testimonials or an animated video i always mention my site.

Flag his video for copyright

YouTube will get you to fill out a small form, in which you can lpaste the link to your own video.

Within 24 hours they will have checked that you're the original uploader and then will remove his upload in addition to giving him a copyright strike/warning.

Agree with above. YT will remove the duplicate video fairly quick.

Guys I know YT will surely remove the duplicate video . But what am trying to ask is whether YT also mark my video as Spam too ? because I am trying to sell on YT ?
