I got the report today and checked it. Work is done but i just got 4 edu backlinks out of which 3 are public and 1 is private. Whereas on the pack its written 8 edu backlinks from 4 blogs. I will have to ask to provide me with the complete package, as far as other web2.0,bookmarks ,wiki links are concerned there were some sites missing (domain suspended or mysql errors) but its not a big deal as they did what they offered. Thanks for writing the feedback. Regarding edu, you answered yourself. "8 edu backlinks from 4 edu blogpost" You got exactly that. You got 4 edu blogpost, each having your two links. which makes 8 edu links.
