What is the Best computer for graphic design.?

Just make sure to use a sufficient powerful video cards (I recommend those that have 1gb or more dedicated Nvidia or ATI), 8gb of rams or more would be great for multi tasking as well.
I also suggest to use a Solid State Drive (SSD) instead of HDD, lastly a core I5 / I7 would be best, but an I3 would still be enough.

What you need is a mac with at least 8gb RAM, trust me... you'll love it.

I dont think it need a high configuation pc for graphic design unless u are designing in higher resolutions like sign boards etc...

using software and work loading depend on configuration of pc. for graphics design work you need photoshop and illustrator software. you can use these software in mid required configuration. otherwise if you use high performance rendering graphics work you need to select high configuration pc.
