Im going to washington dc next month ( please help)

Hi, Im going to spend 5 - 6 dyes in washington dc, and I would like you to suggest me places to visit.
Top of my list is :
skydiving ( it will be my first time - We don't have it in my country).
attend stand up comedy show.

so please if any one could help me with where to get skydiving and stand up comedy show and any other place to visit.

Of all the places in America why go there? I am sure it is going to be overrun with little kids from schools who go on tours of the capital. If you want to see stuff there is plenty of stuff to see but like I said it will be a bunch of tour groups. We have a big and beautiful country and if it this is your first time visiting I suggest going just about anywhere else! Unless you have to go there then go check out the white house and all the monuments and stuff.

You're a tourist; go to Midtown Manhattan and see Broadway and Central Park at the very least.

I'd be going to The Russian Tea Room for lunch for sure... a pretty penny but a must in my opinion.

Head down to South Street Seaport and grab a helicopter ride to fly over the Statue of Liberty and Yankee Stadium. You will be glad you did that too.
