Hello, haxxaan, I read your post and before you upload anymore niches - did you ever consider using a proxy to access YouTube and be a full-feature member?
The uploading speed might not be the best with a proxy, but eventually it pays for itself, once you get a few leads you can buy a better proxy and or Internet connection and start scaling.
And just in-case - a Proxy is a connection between 2 computers, so when First computer from Saudi Arabia connects to the Second from United Arab Emirates and then to the web - it will make it look to your ISP(Internet Service Provider) that your accessing another person, rather than YouTube itself.
Apart from that it's completely legal by any laws and I believe you can't get banned by your ISP for using this method.
I don't know why would your ISP ban YouTube, but if you scale bigger - getting a Satellite Internet might also be a good choice, but pricy.

Stupid people :/ I did try Ultrasurf and Hotspot but none worked good. Should I buy Hotspot elite ? :/
