Yeah, kids and YT + PPD can make a few bucks a month. But if you really want to make money you have to invest, buy ads, buy ppc, landing pages, email marketing, and other stuff. You gotta do it legit.

the website truth about abs looks like it's from 2001, nothing special, it's actually the same stuff they taught us how to code in my intro to tech classes and web design classes in high school. This makes me wonder what his sales would be with a much better site, after all a better site does help with conversions.

Yup, I liked that part too. It took him several years, and $5 million dollars of advertising just on google (over 5 years), but he made 11 million last year.This just goes to show that with persistence, constant improvement and scaling things when they work is the answer to making breakthroughs in business / IM.

How did you decide on "Truth About Abs"?
It was simple really... A mentor told me to follow what i'm most passionate about, and that passion was fitness and nutrition. I can talk all day long about fitness and nutrition, so why not do what i love?

This is also one of the keys to success.

Markets are different, in some niches, ugly sites covert better than polished glamorous ones. besides the guy spends six figures testing out different conversion rates on that website. so that must be converting well and in IM i have learnt one thing, if its working, don't change it.
