I've done it again. Just registered a domain at Domainmonster, and now this:

just ask for refund it happens with me too at fatcow , they also ask me to provide id proof because i use gaypal to buy hosting from them.

They refused to refund, saying this:

Hi

Unfortunately we're not able to take any further action against the account until it is verified.

Therefore there's not a great deal that I can do for you at this point in time!

Well guess what: I won the dispute.

This sort of verification happens when there is a difference between billing address and the address from where the order was placed or if proxy was used for placing the order.
