Best adult payment processor?

I am looking for an adult payment processor for a couple of my adult sites. I am wondering if any of you have experience working with these types of companies, and if you have any recommendations?

Zombaio is cheapest. The problem is that historically, sooner or later most processors that handle adult go belly-up and keep the money (I've been burned twice since 1999). Verotel has been around a long time and is less likely to have a problem. CCBill is the safest, but also the most expensive.

Looks like Verotel has a $500 annual registration fee. My other question is do these companies provide their own code/modules for different CMS' ? I don't have the technical know how to program my own payment mod, so I would need support setting it up.
