This is just an add on, value added service. It something we have spare, and why not make it to good use.
It just like when you buy some product, they offer bonuses, but not all can be apply or useful to you.

Domains are new mean they are newly registered from expired domain.
Most seller do the same thing, else you can't be expecting highly aged to be at this price.
I bought from many seller here, they are also new domain, and what worst is PR 3/4 but DA 1 and PA 1.
What i offer is , HIGH DA/PA/PR/MozRank/TF/CF, but not aged domain.
If they are aged, i will probably sell double or triple the price.
