Currently we are holding only 11 blogs, all are Strong PR 2 in our network. (1 For Backup)
But in the mist, we are still building, we aim to double our network every month.
So if you order 2x 10 links package, they will come from very similar domain, so please order only 1 for each of your website.
For the homepage, not all of our website show full summary on homepage, due to it is very EASILY detected, as no real blog owner would show full summary of 20-30 full post on homepage, but there will be link to your articles in the homepage. As for this question, i cannot answer you, it really depend on our order flow. Can be from 3 - 14 days.

1) It is definitely safe for new website, because there is only 10 referring domain to your website with the exact anchor, the ratio is very low. I don't see any reason why is it not safe. But after purchasing my service you are recommended to buy web 2.0 as generic and naked url to dilute your anchor text.

2) You can always provide your own articles if you prefer to be on the safe side, but to my best of knowledge, our spinner is one of the industry quality spinner that spin out best readable and unique content. You can Google it "Spin Rewriter" .

We are providing a value adding service by sending to indexification. It just a process we take. Since we had extra links count left as we do not hit our 50k daily limit. We thought why not provide it as a value adding service to you guys.
That being say, Our blog are definitely capable to index on it own. We merely put it up just as a add on.
Update: You can always do a site:domain.com to see if our post get indexed. (Which it's always do)

but how it's going to add value ? it's work is to get links indexed , but if links are already indexed , then?
(blog post on a pr2+ site gets indexed in 1/2 hours automatically)
