What would you do with 110K Indian CVs?

Okay so I have someone who could provide me 112K curriculum vitaes of Indian job candidates only, let's say for free. If you were me, how would you monetize it?
Will anyone be interested in buying the archive if I open a BST? If yes, then how much will you want to spend at max?

Did they give any details on what they are targeted for? Because 110k CVs all to do with marketing related subjects might be worth more to some people compared with those looking to do medicine. Then you could start looking for offers and more ways to convert the data versus just a quick sale.

This kind of DB is hard to be monetize, maybe you can open your own recruiting website and add them as your 1st "asset". I don't think that will be interesting by any other CPA network - I don't see how

Create a job portal. Email them to sign up.
Upload all CVs. Get some traffic going (job market is huge in India, right?)
Then have the employers pay like $10 or so before they can view the list of candidates and their CVs and/or contact details.

No, he has mentioned the archive to be unsorted. I got a few samples and it really feels like unsorted to me, even the file names ( i can fix them with with my programming knowledge anyway).

The price tag is $1000. This is why I am not sure. If there is demand, 1K is nothing... if not... 1K wasted lol. This is why I want some expert opinion on this.

CPA looks like very good to me as more than one members mentioned, but how do you find a network which has job offers for Indian candidates? Does someone own one here?

Total waste of $1000 buddy. Indian traffic won't convert . Or better still start a job portal site & keep a low yearly subscription to get some money from them but keep in mind that more than 80-85% won't even think about paying.
