Careful like the OP said do not steal listings I have already been in trouble for using real listings these real estate agents can be a pain to deal with.

Also as mentioned above use your own twist to this method or it won't work. It doesn't even need to be real estate I set up a iphone website before claiming to sell broken iphone in bulk for cheap ( i just made them out of stock ) I was getting 2000 unique views per day. Think about how many different products there are out there use your brain go with whats trending!!

Ok I'm just going to clarify a little.


Did i inflate my monthly earnings ? Absolutely not. Some months i actually earned more and some less. The key here is all about traffic and how you promote your website. I will admit that i did not have much success with SEO ( just a trickle of traffic) although if you are good with SEO, you will reap the rewards. You must also have good knowledge with posting on classified websites. If you do not have any seo or posting skills, you are wasting your time and its highly unlikely you will generate any income.

Also its very very important to be careful how you insert your CR link. If you demand people to sign up with your offer, the CPA networks will quickly pull the rug from your feet. Most of the CR offers are not incentivized and the merchants keep a very close eye on their traffic. Once again, its all in your wording and do not show any aggression on your site, or do not engage in any type of deceptive marketing. You are just asking for trouble.

Once again, make sure you have a clearly visible link on your website to allow agents to contact you to take down listings, once they are rented.

If i provided any more detail to this method, than i would be spoon feeding everyone. Most people on this forum are very clever and should be able to put their own twist. Its all about trial and error. Keep testing, testing, testing and when you hit it, you will know.

I really like this idea, and I want to try it locally. I'm thinking of contacting some local apartment buildings as well and asking if they'd like me to list their rooms as they become available. Once they get a few referrals from me, I could negotiate some compensation from them on top of the cpa offers.

SEO will be difficult for this type of site because of thin and duplicate content but this is would work well with classified traffic. I run a web crawler from time to time on CL and other sites looking for new ideas and I've seen very similar methods being done frequently. This is gold if you're able to post a lot of classified ads consistently. However if you're just going to copy this in the same vertical and exactly how the OP described then don't even bother because you're just going to fail. Not because it's a bad method but because you have zero creativity. Put your own twist on this and make it your own if you want to see success.
