In admin panel - Appearance - ExpertWP options
here you can change colours, backgrund, navigations etc.

Also In admin panel - Appearance - costum image header

use aLinks feature to add clickbank and other links in text for specific key phrases.
also you can edit AdSense160.php, Adsense250.php and Adsense468.php files to add your own advertisments.
