It is monthly fee with invoices every subdomain is interpreted as domain. So if you want to use subdomain you need upgrade your plan to add more domains..

Just set this up on a site and was having issues. GodLyLt fixed me right up. Turned out I had some FB script from when I ripped the design

Only been up for a short time on a penalized site that doesn't get a lot of traffic anymore and I've already got 5 new likes.

FYI - Check out the FAQ page when setting it up instead of being an idiot like me asking questions that are already answered.

I saw earlier that you mentioned custom CSS for mobile browsers. Does this support mobile like-jacking as well? Do I need anything extra? I have nearly 50% of my audience coming from mobile devices.

Yes it works if users are logged in facebook with browser because if they are from app there is no way to hijack as browser dont see that data....
