I usually shy-away from heavily Advertised blog networks, but this one caught my fancy for several reasons:

Outbound link limitations - at least for the homepage I hope

Subscription model, which means limitation of spots available

Thanks for your questions.

Average PA is around 40.

The OBL varies from site to site. It's a maximum of 40, not always 40. We also add random articles with no links and articles that link to big authority sites (such as Wikipedia). This way we insure the sites look natural and reduce any chance of footprints.

As for the domains... We only purchased ones with strong backlink profiles. Factors such as MozRank, DA and trust flow were also important to us when choosing the domains as we want to provide our clients with the highest quality service out there
