How to open ports in windows 2003 based vps (windows xp)?

Hi blackhats,my vps provider has block ports for smtp,pop3,iamp,ssl etc how i can unlock such all ports? Any method then please post below.My vps is windows server 2003 as same as windows xp so you can tell method for xp.ISP on vps is from LAN connection.Upcloud dot com is vps provider you can also get trial for free please suggest me a help how to open all such ports as i can not even run many seo bots.

Sounds simple, but the only real way is to ask the server owner/hosting provider. Even if you force them open or whatever, the owner will notice and close them again. Probably ban your account too.

u cant , those ports are blocked at the network router/firewall.

Yes they are blocked. Thats a disadvantage of using a vps. VPS means shared hardware and often predifined settings like blocked ports. You should look for a dedicated server if you want your own hardware and make your own rules. Nevertheless some ports are blocked for a reason eg to prevent email spam.
Depending on how you do it there are workarounds. You can use proxy tunneling by connecting to a SOCKS5 proxy first. It doesnt really solve the problem I doubt any SOCKS5 provider allows email spam
