open ports on vps

Hi blackhats,my vps provider has block ports for smtp,pop3,iamp,ssl etc how i can unlock such all ports? Any method then please post below.My vps is windows server 2003 as same as windows xp so you can tell method for xp.ISP on vps is from LAN connection.Upcloud dot com is vps provider you can...
