Great method and thanks for the share.
I suggest registering and visiting the marketplace on Clickbank(if you haven't done so). They have some background check offers you can promote and you won't have to wait to get accepted like to most CPA networks.
Once you get registered just go into the marketplace>Software&Services>Background Investigations.

Hope this helps and hope to see earnings! :)

never mind

i didnt want to post something which could discourage people

Quick question:
1.) How many emails do you get per post?
2.) How much revenue do you make per post?

When doing classifield postings I normally get 50 emails, and make about $10 per post.

Anyone else feel free to answer those two questions as I am curious what other people are making per post.

Heya Anatho, thanks for posting. I'll address some of your concerns now.

1: Your landing page should simply be a generic "sell" on their background check. Look at the offer and the way their own LP is selling the product, then "warm them up" with your own. You wouldn't mention any sort of classified ad stuff here or game consoles. Just a good old fashioned landing page to pre-sell users. From there you'll have a property to drive traffic from other sources to AND you can boost conversions with this method.

2. Change your wording, this post included some of these words more for shock value and entertainment than verbatim copy/paste material. You'll actually convince a lot more people to follow through if you don't come off too strong and paranoid, I've never been a fan of users simply copying posts directly so I'll encourage twists and changes whenever possible.

3. You can choose to only send follow up emails to users that never emailed you since your first email (using Mail Sidekick). Typically when someone is pissed off, they'll reply to your email. When they've ignored you, they won't. This follow up works well for the guys that ignored you the first time around. Yes, someone could report you and I've actually had that happen once (mind you, I drive a LOT of traffic) but my CPA account wasn't banned, I was suspended from the offer.

This is black hat, no doubt. There are risks, and there are rewards. If you plan it well and execute correctly, you've got a nice big boost in passive income. I hope that helps!

Ok sounds good but still I have some questions ....

1. Normally, background checks are used by companies that want to hire people. Ok, if you want to buy a car or a house, it might be als legitimate to ask the buyer for doing a background search. But for buying an xbox? Are they really willing to do this and it does not look suspicious? Also something has to mentioned in the ad to make this look serious ... you obviously cannot talk about stolen good etc. in the ad, also if you say you are afraid of being robbed when you meet the buyer, I am not so sure about this, because this could happen to everyone so every seller would have to ask for a background check .....

2. I think you were lucky that they only suspended you from the offer, also you will not only be reported to the cpa network but also to the ads page and for some ads pages it will be very difficult to get a new account after one has been flagged.

The idea behind this looks quite good but I really do not know how to implement this without being at a high risk ....

1. Why wouldn't you tell them you got robbed 2 times and ended up in the hospital. Both of these robbers had a criminal history of robbing other sellers on CL, assault, [insert crimes here] and could've easily been spotted by using background checks. -Try to act cautious in other ways, like only meeting up at your house, or somewhere else. And act like the background check is just a small side thing and that it isn't a big deal really.

2. Blackhat often has a risk like that. Life is a gamble.

Also, you gotta try the method man. There are many questions and once you tried the method you either work out a spin that works for you and you will get answers on all your questions.

Just my 2 cents.

(Just sent out my first emails, manually because sidekick won't let me send emails D:, we will see how this goes.)

Its very difficult to get people into believe that its legit. You have to be dealing with really gullible people. I live in the fraud capital of the U.S. Its hard to con people here nowadays :-)

Hey, trying to use mailsidekick but i keep getting this message when trying to test a template: Template test failed: Unable to send from source email, please confirm connectivity from your email accounts list.

I am also getting the same error message: Template test failed: Unable to send from source email, please confirm connectivity from your email accounts list. Have tried multiple emails and followed the steps as closely as possible. Please advise.

I am currently waiting to get accepted in one of the famous network.
Getting some emails going in the mean time.
While I still have issues with your delayed email responder I might aswell do this manually to try and send it to everyone using BCC so it looks like a normal email and not sent to 938992 other peeps.

Heya Vampirion, I followed up with you via PM as well but a general note. Please use the Support tab within Mail Sidekick if you're experiencing technical difficulties and provide as much detail as possible. We'll get it sorted out asap.

Tell them you just sold the last one and will have a shipment co ming in 27 days and you will cut $xx.xx what ever the cost of the check off the price. They will wait.

This works well, need to think outside the box!

Hey man, good post. Gonna give this a shot.

Question: Do you have your CPA accounts in your own name or under an alias? The reason I ask is that if you use your real name/primary Paypal account for payment, your real identity is still tied to this right?

Obviously being really paranoid here, just interested how you get the money out of your CPA account safely.

Cheers

I use my own name. My traffic is a combination of VERY black hat methods and perfectly legitimate sources, I really don't get many complaints. A great way to reduce that sort of thing is to register a domain with whois protection, use it for your landing pages, and include a contact form in plain site somewhere on the page. I've picked up a few messages that way and simply replied to them with an assuring response that says we'll take care of the problem. Black Hat Contact Forms :)

anyways
just posted one on cl, right now lets see what happens.

Please do let us know

I've had more than 500 emails in a single day from just one post. It really depends on the content, you need to create urgency and the emails will follow. That said, my per post earnings are certainly above $10, if that helps.

Actually, you're not supposed to make hiring or leasing decisions based on most of these offers. The way I combat this is with a legitimate landing page registered with whoisprotection. I include my own contact form on the landing page to filter out some of the complaints (there really aren't many) before they ever reach the advertiser. Smoke and mirrors, you just need to be creative. When the angry prospect finds a contact form and thinks their voice has been heard, they go away.

Please keep us posted. Again, contacted you via PM to get your account straightened out. I'd like to see you blasting along with the rest of them soon enough!

Please use the Support tab within the application for these. We're pretty quick about handling this stuff and I'm pleased to say that we've got an automated troubleshooter coming out very soon that should help to get these resolved faster.

Its very difficult to get people into believe that its legit. You have to be dealing with really gullible people. I live in the fraud capital of the U.S. Its hard to con people here nowadays :-)

"There's a sucker born every minute"

Classified websites are LOADED with gullible people, we're simply capitalizing on that opportunity. You don't need to post in your own city, that's what proxies were made for.

Spend less time worrying about whether or not you'll make money and more time putting in an honest effort, you'll like the result.

Warning - Pad your CPA offers with junk traffic or another legitimate source. This converts at a VERY high rate and you don't want to raise suspicion.
I highly recommend creating a landing page, but that's optional.

What does this mean? Newb here. Genius method btw. I love you.

carepolice your methods are really awesome! just reading them enjoys me. Im thinking about giving this one a go. However dresden I checked out the offers on clickbank and they are about people who want to run a background check on someone else and then pay for this service. So I don't think this is the kind of offer you need or am I not getting something? Isn't the idea they fill in their info on a form thinking this is to get their own backgrounds checked instead of them paying for a service to check someone else his background?

I may regret doing this............... But here's a spin I instantly put on this when I read this.

Now granted I haven't actually tried doing this. But I'm willing to bet it would work if someone actually took the time to iron out the kinks.

1) Post on dating sites
2) Have short conversation with the guys. I would do a specific city. Get to know the geography a little bit. Know areas of the city only a local would be aware of. An example would be the "Ben Hill Griffith Stadium" where I live. Or even better the "Swamp Restaurant" which is very popular next to the stadium. You talk to a local and invite to meet them there. Knowing a local spot will make it sound 10x more believable.
3) The obvious next step is you ask for a background check. Tell them you are weary about meeting GUYS (don't even bother trying to do this to girls won't work) online. Let them know that once they complete it you will give them your phone number and you guys can go have a beer or something.

Now a few pointers:
A) Don't be too enthusiastic... It's too obvious. Play it cool. If you're a guy you've probably been on the other end of a real dating conversation. Have you ever ran across a girl who is just dying to meet you? And who is hot? (Ok maybe you have but it's not common).
B) There will almost always be some push back. People are lazy and most of them have been burned before. Here is where experience comes in. When you first start doing this you will lose a lot of leads because your "game" will not be up to par. If you do this long enough you will know exactly what to say at any point in the conversation.
C) Don't expect great conversion rates. I would imagine 1:10 to 1:15 to be a fair value. Which means you should have at least 5 conversations going at the same time if you're going to make any real money. When I did this with an automated method I only got to maybe 1:500 people. Now grated I did not have personalized conversations with them so I left a ton of money on the table.

I haven't actually tried this. I did something similar with dating sites. Pretty much this exact same approach except instead of selling background checks I told them I had pictures and a phone number on a dating site. The key for me was volume.

This is my attempt to contribute to the community. I hope someone picks this up.

Thank you for posting this. I have one question: How many websites do you use? or do you just use CL?

Great method. Some classified sites will ask for phone verification. So that can be a hurdle...

And if the client asks to show him the real of the photo product?

Don't give them a chane to ask. When you post the ad, it is better to GOOGLE pics of the product first before publishing it. Make sure you post amatuer-looking pics
