Not quite. We clearly state that our TAT is 15 business days, not 15 regular days. Business days are generally considered to be Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm local time, and excludes weekends and public holidays.

That said, using the same example we will deliver Coreyvf's report within 12 business days.

Here's the breakdown:
12 busines days - 7 calendar days skipped:
- Excluded 2 Saturdays
- Excluded 3 Sundays
- Excluded 2 Holidays: Carnival (Monday, 3 March 2014), Carnival/Shrove Tuesday (Tuesday, 4 March 2014)
