VPS are deliver on windows boot CD. Sysadmin isntall windows for you and seems all fine now.
Ticket in progress i think you gave to disable IE SEC, and admin will answer you, just saw you reply with admin password.
By default Windows 2008 R2 don't allow download or such for administrator user.
I still cannot login. I cannot connect to the VPS !

i think instead of slow it was not working right ? ip look like private ip (192.162.x.x) and seems a bit confusing. I can't check on transaction id, can you pm me you email used for register.

Why I cannot view files downloaded on the desktop? I have no that right?
You guys gotta fix your issues on the website when someone is trying to order. First time, the order page wouldn't even load. Now, your API to Paypal is broken and it's just sitting there spinning. That's not a good impression to give to a new customer trying to sign up.

We just remove the Wordpress WHMCS integration plugin that's give some random issue on the website.
From what you describe it's seems one of them, or could be the update from dev to production website i'm not sure.
Sorry for that's. The link to paypal is now working too.
You can you have full Administrator right ? Maybe you means why IE don't download ?
You need disable IE SEC for administrator

I purchased VPS from you few month ago. (1000mbps link) I was getting on average 200mbps up/down speeds. After some time speed went down to 70mbps for both up/down. Contacted customer support and got answer that speeds are normal. Double checked my Las Vegas plan and it was changed from 1000mbps to 100mbps.
Why there were changes? I was not informed, nor I purchased 100mbps link.

Seems you paid and register with your hotmail paypal email that's you haven't the password and so you don't have access to your email, service was deliver 3 days ago. We answer all your email, thanks for open a ticket and also explain us why you don't have access to your paypal email since seems quite strange to use an email you don't have access?! (you can change your email in paypal too...)

That's totally false, Budget plan was always 100 Mbps link and that's the ONLY plan with 100Mbps link.
This sales thread was NEVER edited and you can google our plan and you will ALWAYS see it's advertise at 100Mbps ! Period.
Some sever don't got shaping and some still haven't shaping due some issue on apply this. That's why you got more Mbps you don't paid for.
The product you bought NEVER change for what you was bill else i refund you fully since you subscribe.
For few $ you can upgrade to 100W with 200mbps link or 1000mbps in other location.
I could swear to God it was 1Gbps link for my plan.Nevermind, please accept my apologize if I'm wrong. Will check out your other plans, as they still look good price/performance wise

We have also update our website, it's more clear for see all offer and avaible plans too
PS : all SATA are unable in LAS Vegas, upgrade in most server can still be possible too, just don't want put more customers on them and waiting new server for new order.

I'm only getting around 30 mbps of the 100 on the phoenix server. Also how much does it cost more the upgrade to the 1,000 mbps?

ST. GEORGE, UT have very slow backbone try with Softlayer (Sanjose,houston, dallas, washington dc)
speedtest.net is also affect by avaible disk i/o.
