OP has been very helpful and honest from the beginning chatting via skype, recommending a reasonable package to start with. I'm just guessing he's using a new system which he's not familiar with.

My initial review: On the form, nothing was requested other than website and current rankings, and after i keyed in details, no reply there saying, "we will begin work on monday". I would appreciate if there was a response of some sort in the project management portal (I mean, that's why you used the portal than just by email, so that you can communicate efficiently with your clients right? I don't know). Anyway i have received a reply on skype instead, everything is going ok.

Just an update: customer placed order on sunday, it has now been just 7 days (5 working days technically) and has messaged me 3 times in the process sounding quite anxious. At first this client played the card that he doesn't know much, and now he says he knows how to make web 2.0s. Please read my sales page as it clearly states my turnaround time. I now decided to refund him even though he didnt ask due to someone NOT reading my salespage. Please guys do not make this a habit, I run a legitimate seo firm not a two bit operation, I have to be fair so my staff complete orders depending on the date the order is placed. I work my absolute hardest to provide support to clients (most seo guys would laugh at me for providing support in the weekend but here I am), read any of my reviews on this thread, and similarly I support my staff so I can't have them working 14 hours a day to complete these orders, my TAT is fair and final.

Also guys im a nice guy I dont mind you asking me questions for hours but I believe in something: treat others as you want to be treated, I draw the line at lying, don't lie to me.

Update on OP: He's a busy man, and has a business to run. He's highly recommendable in my books. I've seen a lot of his work and it's definitely the real deal. Top-notch quality. The price is definitely worth it too. He's always helpful and responsive. Even when I have the silliest questions. I ordered package four, and I have every bit of confidence the results will be extremely beneficial for my website.
