I know that you mentioned that you could put this on subdomains of a domain, but is it possible to run the script to different Facebook on the same domain. For exampe...people visiting sample.com/dogs would see my Facebook dog page and those visiting sample.com/cats would see my Facebook cat page?

We don't know. But we updating script always also when we do updates you don't need to update code on your site.
