Rate this web design - Good Enough?

I get Elegantthemes for around $35-$40/year and they have like 80 themes. I know lots of these themes are outdated but they publish new theme every 45 days or so. Besides this their support is available 24/7 and always willing to help as long as you don't solve the problem. Furthermore, all WP themes are nowadays supposed to be responsive, retina ready, custom admin panel for the theme etc etc..

I am not saying that you won't sell this theme for $50, I am just saying that there are too many EleganThemes types of the companies out there, offering multiple themes for yearly subscription. It is gonna be tough, good luck

True that. I've checked, the sites with top quality themes like woothemes and such, charge per theme, and they're not cheap. I personally do not like the themes from elegantthemes, they look like cheap themes. But ye, there is a competition out there, so I'm debating whether it's smart to enter the market or not.

I believe the fonts and the button borders in the main menu don't match a good design + very nice features of the theme .

I like it, but I think you'll have a higher conversion rate with a CTA at the bottom with a "Join now" area. For example this is above the footer on every page on my main website.

IMHO the price does not matter as long as its reasonable for the niche. The design looks good, but its by far not the only thing I would look at before buying. Out of the head... these things interest me in addition to good design:

- Speed - if the theme slows my browser due to excessive JavaScript (and I see a lot of these nowadays) its a big no
- Speed - if it scores less than 90 here https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/ I'll never buy it
- Generic approach - I would generally attempt to buy a theme that can be turned into corporate/affiliate/blog/e-commerce website
- Mobile ready - if the user has to use a zoom function on his mobile phone its another big no
- Social networks ready - Open Graph, twitter cards are a must
- Blog section generally interest me most, because it is the one that attracts traffic from Google.

Thanks, yes I would make sure that my developer gets it all perfect.

Blog section is important, yes I indeed agree. I personally do not like the way the theme industry changed, people don't realize the conversions are lowering due to the theme, yes they may look nice, but it doesn't mean it will convert. Some themes I've seen lag a lot, and they just try to add as many moving parts as possible.

It's a good theme. 50$ for a Wordpress theme, yes. For a HTML theme I don't think so.
This is just my experience with prices. Depends where you sell it. 50$ is still not a lot and is
a totally good price; just saying normal HTML themes are usually sold for less.
I suggest selling on themeforest
