The VPS will have his own dedicated IP so you don't have to worry about being tracked by ebay, that will never happen unless you will sign in with an account that you've previously had problems with/ you will sign in from multiple accounts.

MY HONEST REVIEW
I got a review copy of the VPS 2048 plan with -25% discount. Teo was very helpful with the setup and the VPS was up in less than 12 hours. I haven't noticed any downtime and it does what it is supposed to.

I've been running Scrapebox, GSA and SENuke on it and they run OK. I would recommend adding one more CPU core to get the most out of GSA for example. For the price you can't go wrong with this service.

The only problem I really faced was that the Windows was somehow not activated when I first got it but support took care of it in less than an hour.

I would honestly recommend this VPS to anyone especially with it's great 300mbps speed! I'm a satisfied customer and I will keep on rocking this VPS as long as I need it.

Xrumer is not allowed to our servers.

Despite we always suggest to use proxies with all other SEO tools you can use without BUT if ip blocked you will have to pay to replace this for first time.

I do not think many use any SEO tools without proxies. IT would be useless for example to use scrapebox without proxies.
