These views are waaaaaaayyyyy too slow. You should've mentioned that in your sales post. Such slow speed makes it lose the point of adding views in the first place. If I knew it will be that slow I would not have purchased because as with everyone else probably speed is very important.

What country did you purchase from? We're still working on speed, but this is normal. There's only limited traffic from each country.
Where did I mention they were fast? They have been slow and steady 500-5000 per day per video since we've started and I've made that clear in the initial post says up to 10,000 views per day. HOWEVER, we're in the process of redoing the whole system, to get things faster and safer.

It clearly says UP TO 10,000 per day, Not "10,000 per day". There's a big difference and I made it very clear.

Awh man, I've just submitted a support ticket to your site about the rate of views being so low, then I come here and I can see it's something everyone is having. You really should take down 'up to 10,000' a day, that's really misleading. I'm trying to get the video trending with a combination of elements and there's just no way that it's going to get there with the views at this pace. Within 24 hours. You have to realize that the larger the submission, the more views it gets per day.
What? You're going to have to elaborate. 5 views in 5 days would mean there is a problem with the video.
It can be up to 10,000 per day, it depends on the submission. The more you add for a video to get the more views it gets per day. If you're not happy with the delivery rate, send me a PM. There's nothing different with our views, I don't know why everyone is freaking out all the sudden, views are the same speed they have been. We're still redoing the system to increase speed, should be done soon.
We do deliver that. 0 views in 24 hours means there's a problem with your video. If you'd message me the link so I can look into it, instead of freaking out in my thread, we could actually resolve the problem.
EDIT:
I just went through the system and literally every single video is getting a minimum of 700 views per day (1,000 submission) which is completely normal. All others are getting 1,000+ per day. If you add it for GEO, it goes slower obviously, since there's limited traffic from countries and there's several people who buy GEO. If you're not getting 700-1000+ views per day, there's something wrong with your video and you should send me the link (minus GEO, since I just explained why that happens).
I see absolutely no issues, delivery has not changed, it's 500-5000 per day per video, depending what you add it for. Like I've said, we're working on redoing the whole system still and it should hopefully be done early next week. It's been taking a little longer than anticipated, but we're getting there. When it's done videos will get 100k+ per day, anything lower than 100k will complete within 24 hours and things will be even safer.
If you can't deal with the normal speed we've been at for the last couple months, until we're done redoing the system, simply PM me the link and Ill cancel and refund the order. If you claim to be getting no views or less than I said above, there's something wrong with your video and you need to PM me so I can look into that also. Coming here complaining about speed that has been the same and as per advertised "up to 10k" per day is ridiculous.

Of course I'm serious. I'm always trying to increase and optimize my setup. I plan to bring speeds way faster than anyone else and make things even safer. I've already released GEO views for 140+ countries, which no one else on the market can do. Next step is getting speeds of 100k+ per video.
Hey man, thanks for your reply - I think I am going to have to ask for the refund though as for my current purposes, that speed isn't high enough. I'm sure the views are really high quality, I just need them faster for this project. I haven't posted enough times to DM you but the support ticket is #2884 would you please be able to refund this?
