Unfortunately the code has expired as that was a special code for Valentines day promotion.

You are using E5-1620 not E5-1620 V2...and it's not that new compared with the "old i7" .

Our new SSD servers are on strictly E5-1620v2. Also, the performance of E5 is far better than an i7 since E3 and E3 series are meant for servers and not for desktop. We already did tons of testing prior to offering the E5 processors.

Yes, it's a Windows VPS and you can install them as long as they are windows compatible.

I bought and I had issues at first. Things got worked out rather quickly.
Last night the server shut down for no reason and I lost a document that I was working on (which is weird because I saved it several times). This cannot keep happening, what is your skype i.d.? Thanks.

Just double checked the issue. It looks like the file not saving was my fault. Switching between mac OS and Windows OS I got the command and control keys mixed up and that I was saving when I wasn't. Still not sure why the server shutdown/restarted.

Yup my VPS too shut down just now .
Also for no reason my physical memory is consumed at 65%
edit:now i cant login .

Mine just froze up on me. This is f#@ked I'm not even doing anything heavy on it.

Update: It didn't go down but it froze up and booted me. I'm connected again now though.

You might be probably running something which is why the RAM consumption is over 65%. Also, this is not a support thread, open up a ticket for any help or questions and the techs will be happy to have a check.

I would advise you to grab VelociRaptor Three or above. If you're planning to run all 4 of them at the same time then grab the VelociRatpor Five plan.

it has been 2 days since i managed to access my VPS .
support tickets are answered like after 6-7 hours that too with lame replies like " check if its working " "your vps has been hacked " ,no its not .
You definitely don't have a 24/7 support . last reply was 12 hours ago

Sorry had to write it here , i am frustrated .

Firtly, their was an issue with our WHMCS and pipe which wasn't picking up the emails quickly, as soon as issue was recognized, we fixed the issue, this is why the replies were getting delayed as the tickets weren't showing up in the admin section.

Secondly, the member area is working fine, try to clear your cache and cookies.

Thirdly, it is possible that the VPS can get hacked, I've seen a lot of people using hacked tools which is the core reason why a VPS gets hacked, This doesn't mean you were using hacked tools but I can't comment on this until the investigation is done.
