I had VPS with these guys, apperently somehow it got corrupted. I am guessing it happened when they had all VPS down to fix something. Now told that I need new VPS, cancelled today. It means I have to go and add back all my SEO software, license and so on. What a pain in the ass

We're sorry to hear about that but here are the facts. Firstly, the maintenance was to upgrade our network, it had nothing to do with the hardwares. Secondly, SEO programs can affect the registry files because of various reasons, poorly coded, bad updates etc, this is why it is always advised to read about the programs before using them or updating them and that's what happened in your case. Your registry files got corrupted and this is something not our fault nor can't be blame for it, the primary server is up and still running perfectly fine.

Also, our techs spent over 8 hours trying to fix your VPS for free for the issue which was created by the user, the tech would have continued working on it if you won't have cancelled. The redeployment was offered to you so that you won't waste anymore time and you can resume working with your server while techs would have helped you out with the restoration of your file.

I am a new customer of this VPS and since I started 2 days ago I found no problem.
However I tested the Download/Upload speed and it is about 100Mbps/120Mbps sometimes dropping as low as 60Mbps/100Mbps which I really don't like it.
Also I got the Velociraptor 2 with 2 Intel Xenon 3.6 Ghz and 2Gb RAM and it is not enough to run GSA SER and GSA Captcha Breaker today I ordered another CPU as with 200 threads runs at 100% and not very good. (Still waiting to be installed)
Another thing which I didn't paid attention is that the server is in USA and I am in UK...leading to slow transfers inbetween and not a smooth control, but that is my fault for not asking first.
I am thinking about switching to Bermans Extreme Package for next month mostly because it has a datacenter in Germany and France. And also that I get 4 cpu and 4 gb ram for 55$ whilst here I get 3 cpu and 2 gb ram for 45.
I can confirm that there are no disruptions or restarts or god knows what else...

Firstly, we're located in Los Angeles, so if you did a speedtest anywhere else then you won't see the results. Further, speedtest.net is not even a reliable source to test speed, it's just quick checking tool because of many factors.

Regarding Transfers, make sure you use Dropbox or Filezilla to transfer, if you're going to Copy and Paste then that typically won't work nicely.

Regarding GSA, if you haven't noticed then let me tell you that all the recent updates has made GSA an very intensive CPU and I/O consumer, with every major update it's consuming even more resources as more features are being added up & 4GB RAM for GSA is useless because it's 32 bit software. Sure, you can give them the try but eventually you'll move back because you'll find that you're extremely slow over their (Due to I/O issues). Another thing is, no one is offer E5-1620 and v2 processors, so you'll be using an oldi7 with them. Finally, they are a reseller as against us where we own everything, so you're putting yourself of getting ban very now and often. But the decision is completely yours.

Hello, if you're using Credit card as the payment option then do make sure that you using the exact name, address and location while registering with us. Your Account details with us should match your credit card details or else our payment processor will reject your credit card payments due to security concerns.

Click on the invoice and then on the top right corner select PayPal from the dropdown. If you can PM ME for your email address then I can set PayPal as your default gateway.

You are using E5-1620 not E5-1620 V2...and it's not that new compared with the "old i7" .
