My site removed from Google completely after haters report

Hi every one .
First of all I say no one perfect every webmaster site owner have weak point every one done some changes that make his site better for peoples and search engines .
from two days I receipt Threat comment from one of those webmasters saying he will report Google about rich snippets I was use in wrong way and he will ban my Google account for ever .
Ok I ask him who are you and what is your site . he didn't answer me and just told me he has one of perfect website on the world and he will report on every blog on top 10 SERP ..
I suspect on the guy who second after my blog but he didn't use rich snippets and his site totally spam .
and the I go deeper and found another website use rich snippets (fake code of course) and that site are rising fast .
currently I collect information about all my competitions preparing my self to the next move .
In past two years with hard working on that site I never think in such cheap way to compete with other . I know all my competitions weakness but If I report to Google about methods they use it will effect me in the future and we will have less chance against all authorized sites .
until this hours I not receipt any message from Google yet . but I'm 100% sure this was manual action after that jerk report .
By the way my site are not English but this issue are very common.

That sucks, man. I hate to see negative SEO attempts. Obviously your competitors couldn't outrank you any other way. Unfortunately, if you choose to rank sites with blackhat code/links, there's always the risk that someone will find out.

Start work on a new site and 301 redirect the old one - you'll be back competing in no time.

This is actually what I'm scared about. I created an MNS (well, it's starting to look like an authority site now) that has a lot of other MNS's as competitors, so negative SEO or "snitching" is a scary thought. Hope you come back on top!

And we will end on no where Googles the only winner here but how we can explain that to all SEO kids

yep Someone reported my site .. and I planning to report his site after know who he is ... currently suspect on three sites owners and I'll find a way to catch him and make him pay .

Is it not possible to remove the "rich snippets". I don't really understand what you mean by rich snippets but if you think there is a reason you would be eligible for a manual penalty then remove the offending parts of your website or replace them with non offending bits.

Really there is a chance that this guy has already reported you or is going to anyway, if the problem is you have copied someone else's content then you could just give them credit. If you have copied content then you can create a quote out of it, only use a section of it, and then link back for the full source.

Could you tell more about your "rich snippet" in details ? What's wrong with that? Using snippets is not blackhat at all, there is no way you can get manual action because of that reason.

Two days ago was Sunday. Now is Tuesday morning, i doubt Webspam team work that fast. They have ton of reports each month to process. Your site should be penalized by something else, one day since the time of report is not enough i think.

My Site are my original contents and I tried my best on every post I write some posts take from me day or two to collect all information to make it helpful as much I can ..
I was using wrong rich snippets http://schema.org/rating instead of http://schema.org/review that not even appeared in search result .
But this the only catch he found to report on as fake attempt to appear on top result .
I fix that code and use review immanently but that didn't help .

I don't know if Rich Snippets was the cause for this (How can that be anyways ? ) but if site is deindexed then surely some black hat techniques were used which google didn't like.

So you were just unlucky to be pinpointed / spotted amongst many. That is how Black Hat works.

As I said He report to Google and Google dropped my site and I don't know what he said to them .

Thanks for Link but I didn't receipt any message from Google yet ..
Any way I found that guy who report my site and I correctly looking very deeper to destroy him and make him forget any thing about webmaster again ..
He do that because I beat him in all keywords he was ranking top on it . and looks like someone (not me of course) report on his Adsense account and Google disabled ads on his main site (not disabled his account) .
This guy use both black hat and white hat and he think his self smart to hide his trace from me .
As I mentioned my site are not in English and he probably is not member here . but I think my case could help others to beware from such people
