I don't think there's any need to be rude in the way that you have been rude. Cease and desist.
And to the OP - is your site still indexed?

yep still indexed after search site:example.com
but my all keywords were in Page 6 even more .. and some keywords totally disappears Now Google show result from blogs who scraping contents from me .
Currently I have two option Starting completely new site or restore my original site which is redirect 301 to this one . specially it start appearing in wired way for some keywords .

Unfortunately that does sound like a hard slap - it's still indexed, and keywords are in SERPs but several pages in.
I was hoping you'd say the keywords had disappeared completely, in which case I would have just suggested you do nothing and wait for them to come back strong, however, it appears more serious than that.
I think your best bet is to 301 to a new site.
