If you got the message, i used a wrong formatted email adress ([email protected]). So maybe it's good to have a javascript function checkemail to avoid getting wrong emails.

Do you have plans to also deliver a plugin for normal html sites? If we could customize it to our needs that would be perfect!

Yes, I'm also going to release one for normal html sites. This plugin can already be customized, like the colors and also if the phone number textbox and email textbox should be displayed.

I would like to add more fields (like arrival/departure date, hours, etc.) and use it for a travel site for example.
I used a fake phone number obviously, any chance to have the plugin to verify if the number is a legit wh@tsapp number?

This can only be done API side with a little hack, but CAN be done

Please follow instructions. Did you click "Save Settings" ? This is the config file which is generated

Yes, you may use an existing number, but you must still re-register it, cause it is loaded on 'another device' You may use whatsapp number only on one device at a time
