I have a exact match phrase domain name for the keyword I'm trying to target and I'm ranked 120. This isn't good. I would assume this should be easy. Someone please help me!4

How do I get number one?

How do I get number one?
Do on and off page seo better than your competitors and you'll be #1. Do you expect anyone to write a step by step guide on ranking #1 for exactly your keyword? Look for Kimi's blueprints and you'll get a lot of valuable information.

We could help you better if you give us some more information, Have you done any SEO? How much / any backlinking have you done? How much content is on your site? What is the niche the keyword is in? Did you research the keyword? How competitive is the keyword? How old is your website?

So what you should take from that is that there is no simple answer to "how to rank page 1" it is dependent on a multitude of factors which change from case to case

Another thing is to ask other people "Does my site suck?". Not saying it does, but seriously we tend to think all our sites are masterpieces.

They often aren't. Get some opinions.

Exact match keywords can be spam. Always try to make long keywords and natural keywords.

In the most respectful way, I had to laugh at your post. There are literally MILLIONS of reasons why you may not be ranked higher. You need to give us more denials before we can help.

Stats like keyword density, backlinks and even search volumes would help gauge the timing for you.

Have you done any external SEO on the site? Depending on the competition, 120 with no SEO could be actually quite good.

it is like asking people "i have a car but it don't move" for sure to run a car it needs fuel and a sensible driver to keep it safe from any accident. having a website with EMD doesn't make any difference. every one is on the run. to win a race you will need to add fuel and a good driver.

You expect to rank on the first page just because you have an emd? Google doesn't even like emd's.

Why you not ranked on page one, well to put it in its simplest form, because you are not. If you are under the impression that this + that = 1st guaranteed ranking, then you have a lot to learn.
