I am 21 year old software developer from India. Reading this forum from last 3 months and finally decided to join this wonderful community to start my journey. I Was working in the local IT firm from last 3 years. i join there as a part time intern when i was in my first semester. i am hardcore fan of the online world and from the beginning i want to start my own service based company. finally i leave my 9-5 job and going to start my own web/software development firm.[/TD]

MY PLAN

[TD]I am going to register on all freelancing sites for job. will bid on almost all job i am capable to do and i am in contact with some of the freelancer in varies field so i will also try to out source some of the work to them if possible . But Most of the work i will try to do myself. I will register my company as a pvt ltd soon may be in next month. right now i am designing my company website,for now i will make it simple latter i will add more option in that as per my client need[/TD]

[TD]I Have shared hosting for one year,vps and one reseller account. will use shared hosting to host all local clients website. Will provide cpanel from reseller if client demand for c panel account. For my work i have my small desk with one windows pc and dell laptop. i dont have smart phone right now but will buy one soon. to invest i have my saving not much but around $1k will use that to rent small office soon. i will update this thread daily 1-2 times whatever i will do. basically i will try to get project from freelancing site and from my local clients but i will also bid on the forums hire freelancer section[/TD]

i can code in almost all web based language(php,ruby,python)
and for desktop i can code in c#

I would suggest you not to hurry up registering your company as Pvt Ltd. It requires to adhere to lot of guidelines like showing up your accounts every year to registrar of company, yearly fees of Rs. 30,000/- Fees that your CA charges you, etc. However for the goal that you are targeting i.e. 1k$ a day , these must be small amount

ya i was thinking same about ca fees but problem is local client generally not prefer to pay personal cheque

i am planing to go with 1 lac valuation i know someone they are charging Rs12000 only for first year

If you're working on web designs than i would suggest you to try envato to sell some of your themes as well.
It gives you a good income and would really help you in building your portfolio and you can always grab clients from open marketplaces likes theme forest,code canyon graphic river.
