As I've said in previous threads and on many posts, the social signals come from real people. We do not own nor control the accounts.
All we do is control the scale and speed of promotions. Naturally since they are real accounts, the IPs they have are incredibly diverse from all corners of the world.
This is also the reason why I can claim that the social signals will not drop over time, because since these accounts are real they will not get deleted.

Yes you can spread them on 10 different pages. But that would be the maximum we'd allow for that package.
The minimum would have to be around 50 +1's, so you can play with those ranges as long as you make sure the total is 1,000. (we'll certainly send you a couple more, since we are awesome).

They look as real as it gets, because they are. We neither own nor control the accounts. They are all as different to one another, as people are and so is their content.
We do not use fake accounts.

Yes it's certainly possible. However that would be only for the Expert Package and above.
